The 'playoff's' of NASCAR. You know what that means don't you? The good news is that the next 10 races will be some pretty exciting races to watch. The bad news is that there is only 10 races left, and then what? What do we do, as race fans, for the next 3 months? Thank goodness there is Thanksgiving and Christmas in between to distract us. I know some women look forward to Valentines Day because of the romance, flowers, dinners and gifts. I am looking forward to Valentines Day 2009 because it is the weekend of the Daytona 500. In the 'off season', we can still participate in some traditional tailgating. Don't forget that by the time racing is over, football is in full swing! Playoffs, Superbowl etc. Any excuse to celebrate with good friends, good food, and of course, bottomless beverages. Speaking of tailgating, you need to check out a new magazine designed specifically for tailgaters. It is called Southern Tailgater.
