Night Racing at PIR!

Hello - It is less than 2 weeks before we get live racing here in my hometown at PIR! We are starting an advertising campaign and hope to reach many racing fans. Our theme for our tailgating party at the track in April is 'Mardi Gras'! We purchased a Jambalaya pot from 'Cook Me Somethin Mister' in New Orleans, ordered 10 pounds of Andouille sausage from Paul Prudhomme and some pineapple brats from Scimeca's in Kansas City. We are going to feast on Beer, Cheese & Crawfish Soup, Jambalaya, Crawfish Monica, Shrimp Etouffee, Crab Cakes and charbroiled Oysters (like the ones from Drago's in New Orleans), not to mention the Hurricanes. We are going to wrap it up with King cake and Pralines. Beads, beads, don't forget the beads. We will have plenty of those too.
